Functie omschrijving
We are looking for a Senior Projectmanager ServiceNow for 40 hours in the week.
Project:
- Implement Nouryon ServiceNow.
Goal:
- Design, develop and implement a new and dedicated ServiceNow solution for Nouryon HR and IM functions.
Background:
- Within the scope of the AkzoNobel and Nouryon IM Separation, a ServiceNow solution must be made available for Nouryon dedicated to Nouryon HR and IM;
- For IM the scope are the ITIL processes, including the CMDB and potentially also other ServiceNow modules like PPM.
Objectives:
- Development of new ServiceNow solution, including case exchange current service providers, taking Nouryon operating model into account, with a minimum of customizations;
- Development of a new user portal;
- Migration of relevant data from current solution;
- Communication and development of training material to end-users;
- Develop specific service catalogue for Nouryon.
Functie eisen
- Proven experience (5 years+) as project manager of large complex ServiceNow implementation and deployment projects (including case-exchanges with suppliers);
- Proven experience in managing the change in the organization resulting from this type of complex technological implementations;
- Proven experience in reporting into and managing an executive level Steering Committee;
- Understanding of technology in scope, with specific experience in setting up ServiceNow solutions;
- Good planning skills in a complex Business and IT landscape;
- The candidate must have the ability to build trust, facilitate consensus building across diverse groups, drive change management, while demonstrating excellent communication and time management skills;
- Able to align with other related programs to optimize plans for effective execution;
- Able to align with ongoing separation and re-organization programs;
- Track deliverables and costs;
- Work closely through IM Services and Sourcing with suppliers, based on contracts;
- People skills;
- Experience working in the chemical industry would be a big plus.
Assignment:
- Define in cooperation with business representatives, process owners, solutions architects and other technical experts the right solution;
- Prepare, plan, manage, and communicate end-to-end project plans with stakeholders and teams;
- Perform day to day project check-in and update to manage project delivery and quality;
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders and other teams to drive resolution.
