Risk COO Organizations focuses on enabling and supporting the primary risk (and finance) capabilities through information management and analytics in the areas of Data Management, Project & Change Management, Operations, User support and Risk Reporting.

Openness in communication and “can do” mentality are important characteristics of this organization.

The information & Change Management departement is responsible for all change management activities within the Risk COO.

You will be working within the Data Foundation Value stream with multiple Scrum teams delivering incremental changes to the Credit Risk Application.

Responsibilities

Facilitates the Agile methodology and activities.

Lead product backlog refinement process; coaches and calibrates the team.

Facilitate all scrum ceremonies of the Agile project teams and partners with the product owner to lead the team.

Removes impediments to the ability of the team to deliver and is keenly focused on the activities and progress of the Agile project team.

Driving process improvements toward consistent delivery of working product.

Assist driving internal and external commuication, improving transparency, and radiating information.

Follow up on the metrics gathering/reporting and formulating action plans based on the data.

Align with other Scrum Masters within the value stream and contributes tot he Scrum Masers guild

Required Skills

You have minimum 2-3 years of Scrum Master (SM) experience

SM certification strongly preferred. Experience in leading multiple scrum teams with interdependent deliverables.

Experience in coordinating teams with members in onshore-offshore locations.

You have the ability to manage multi-cultural teams. You have experience with metrics gathering/reporting and formulating action plans based on the data. Must be comforable giving feedback to the team on how they can improve in the Agile implementation.

You are communicative, proactive and able to work under pressure. Pro-active, flexible and willing to chase people for deliverables/actions.

Financial services experience in an advantage. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills in English (work language).
